**UPDATE** Just filed a service request for my i-485 2 days ago. It was transferred to the CSC in January and I hadn't heard anything since. They gave me the standard "wait two weeks" response. In the meantime, I got approval for the i-130 today....so that leads me to believe that the GC is on its way, correct? Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

P.S. Those of you who had cases transferred to the CSC before December 14 should definitely give them a call, they're about a month over processing times so you can submit a service request and get your politicians involved.

I honestly wouldn't know who else you could contact either other than Senator. Hopefully they will be able to help you! Best of luck!

Hi guys,

Sorry, I posted twice since my other thread has not receive a reply. I received the RFE letter and it requested me to fill out section B in page 2 since I failed to list my spouse info.

When I send it back aside from attaching the original blue form (I-797E, Notice of Action), do I need to fill and sign a new completed I-485 or just fill out 1 page copy of I-485 provided by USCIS?

Thank you for your assistance.

You know...when it comes to the government I wouldn't take any chances. I'd complete that entire worksheet for the I-485 just so they can't say you didn't submit it all and you essentially recertify that you're submitted corrected information and it is true to your knowledge, but that's just me.

Thank you. I was thinking the same thing. I will fill and sign a complete I-485 form just in case.
