Did you hear anything from them? I didn't hear from my congressman after I sent them my release, but my Senator had his aide call me and let me know I could call him with any questions and left his number. I'd ring them and just ask if they have any updates. Alternatively, get your Senator on their bums as well.

Yes, they called me to let me know they sent the inquiry on July 24th, and that it usually takes 4-6 weeks to hear anything. Senator is next on my list!

It doesn't take 4 to 6 weeks for USCIS to reply to a senator or rep. They get a reply back in a day or two. They even have their own special email address to contact USCIS. Sounds like your rep doesn't know what they're doing. Hopefully one of your senators will.

Congratulations! I hope your fresh I-485 application will be picked up as a fast processed application. Mine has been in the thick stack of documents for 5 months... My case got transferred to CSC on March 2. I've started thinking to see our congressman or to wait one more month. Sigh.

We finally got the email that her card is in production. It took 3 members of congress, but it's finally in the home stretch. To anyone more than 6 months, call your congress people for assistance; the USCIS is depressingly backed up.

GREAT NEWS! I'm sorry you had so much trouble with your stuff. Did you finally contact Corker?
