Help! State Police Report Sao Paulo

Hi everyone we have our interview next week and my fiance is trying to get her Police State Report. But is unclear on the process and where to go. We've been trying to follow the instruction but are a little confused. She lives in Sao PAulo. Can anybody share from their recent experience even from another state? Thanks!

She can get her police clearance certificate online at the Secretaria de Seguranca Publica de Sao Paulo website if she has a RG (ID Document) from that state. The website is www.ssp.sp.gov.br/

07/19/2011 - NOA1 hard copy received

11/16/2011 - NOA2

11/19/2011 - NOA2 hard copy received

11/28/2011 - Rio de Janeiro Embassy case number received from NVC

01/24/2012 - Interview at Embassy in Rio de Janeiro

01/27/2012 - Passport/Visa received

02/08/2012 - US Entry

Really that would be great! She was born and raised in the state of SP so she should have an RG. Could you be more specific for me what the RG is for instance, is it pretty standard like the CPF or would she have to dig around to try to find this document.

Also, what is the situation with getting these reports printed from the internet "Notarized" (she got the federal online earlier this week) or validated? Thanks your help is great!

YW... Yes, the RG is a standard ID Document in Brazil issued by the public security secretaria from each State, so I am pretty sure she has hers. All she has to do is to go to the website I told you above, under "Atestado de Antecedentes", fill out the required information and print it out 2x, no need to be notarized or validated.

Hello there, if she is from Sao Paulo city she can even go to a Poupatempo and get there with out any problem!
