My self US Citizen, we will be applying for my wife I-751 (Condition removal ) soon & hopefully she will become citizen by mid 2014. My wife is a house wife so she do not work & obvious that I will be the one will sponsor my mother-in-law. I am just trying to get a idea of what sort of documents I would be require to provide.

So you will be the co sponsor when your wife sponsors her Mother in 2014.

She will, you will co sponsor. Bit early to worry about it now. If you are happy being on the hook, well that's fine.

Do my wife need to proof her relationship to her parents (any document NVC might ask for in this regard) ? Any document I can suggest my mother-in-law to start gathering ahead of time? Again, This petition will be for my mother-in-law (I will sponsor her on my wife's behalf)

Thanks.

She may be asked for photos of them together growing up.

There is a small chance they will be asked for a DNA test, but that is unlikely and if so, it wouldn't happen till after the interview.

If she had vaccinations as a child, have her gather what documents she can so she doesn't have to repeat them.
