Hi friends

My interview done in june 2011 already and my case is still under process.I am already doing a job in a good reputed company.

my question regarding poverty line is that

1. do still my wife have to earn 25000 annual for complete the poverty line(my wife is USC and she is sponsoring me).or is it ok that i have EAD and working in a company with 80,000 annual earning. ( my wife wants to leave the job because its hard to take care of our child with job)

2. Whats the best way to speed up the process of AOS after 1year of interview to get a decision. I already had 3 Infopasses and 1 by congressman's letter. but still immigration guys replied that my case is still under investigation.

I don't have any criminal record....never being arrested.

Thanks friends...i really appreciate if someone can show me the right path here.

Thanks
