Hello,

I would like to know if anyone just recently got a NOA2 from Nigeria....my fiance is in Nigeria waiting for his interview to be scheduled...Please i would like to know if anyone processing his/her K1-visa received a mail like this....

Dear Ms. Carla,

The U.S. Consulate General in Lagos is ready to begin final processing of your approved K1 visa petition. Kindly request your fiancé/fiancée (the applicant) to visit any branch of Guaranty Trust Bank PLC in Nigeria to pay the K1 visa processing fee of $350.

With the payment receipt number, the applicant can visit our website at http://www.ustraveldocs.com to schedule a K1 visa interview appointment. The applicant must print the interview appointment confirmation, which should be presented upon arrival at the U.S. Consulate General in Lagos on the appointment/interview date.

Also, the attached interview instruction packet has to be printed and fully completed by the applicant prior to the interview. Additionally, the applicant should visit any of the medical facilities indicated on page three of the attached medical examination instructions and complete the medical examination.

Please note that NO APPLICANT WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE CONSULATE VISA HALL WITHOUT A VALID MEDICAL EXAMINATION REPORT.

If you are having problems accessing or using the online appointment system (http://www.ustraveldocs.com), please contact: support-nigeria@ustraveldocs.com or +234-9-460-1748.

Sincerely,
