A photocopy is fine BUT it must be the entered order with the court stamp on it showing it was entered and recorded. Keep the original handy, you may need it for interviews and you WILL need it for the citizenship interview.

It doesnt need to be notarized. Notaries verify signatures while having nothing to do with content.

I think you are confusing notarized with certified. The document needs to be court certified.

It does not need to be notarized. The part where the court stamped it needs to be clear. I sent a photocopy of mine in but you can see the stamp on it and it was fine. Trust me I was worrying too.
