ONE of you must meet the threshold. Your aunt can combine with her spouse to meet the threshold, not you. If that isn't an option and neither of you meet the threshold on your own then you will need a different cosponsor who makes enough on their own.

Honestly, though, if you have had 2 RFEs already and you responded by trying to combine income with someone In another household you are probably going to be denied and have to refile. USCIS doesn't give unlimited chances, the fact that you got 2 is more than most people.

- okay so with both of our incomes combined then it should be okay right? because our incomes would be over $28,812...

As was stated earlier in this thread, a few times now, you and your aunt cannot combine incomes to qualify. She makes around $28k so she is not short by much for her household size. If she has her husband fill out an I-864A to combine his income with hers, then they should be well over what is needed and can joint sponsor for you that way.
