Everyone,

My wife's file was transfered to CSC on Jan 18th for further review and processing. She arrived in Nov 2011 on a K-1 and we got married a week later and filed our paper work.

She got her EAD / AP card a couple months ago...

Just wondering when she would expect her greencard, or any other information pertained to the case status. The last update was on Jan 18th on the USCIS website of the case transferring to CSC.

Any advise,

It seems that cases transferred to CSC are taking quite a few months to be approved. There are people who filed in November/December of last year still waiting. Hang in there! :)

For length of time you are probably looking at a June / July approval.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
