Does anyone know since I came over on a k-1 visa and now got married within the required 90 days, can I or should I apply for a new Philippine passport under my Married name? I ask this because when ever I use my passport for ID on some applications it still have my madien name and when you apply for credit at some places I dont usually carry a copy on my marriage license...Or should I just wait until the AOS gets approved? Thanks.

You don't need a new passport - you just need to have it amended. If you are not done yet with your AOS, I suggest you wait until everything is done with your paperwork because you need your passport with you as an ID when you go for your bio appointment and interview.
