Hello everyone and thanks again for your help.

I have filed I129f in Mid January. However, I didn't send the original letter of intent and the other one that needs have the original signature and not a cop of it. I haven't heard from them yet, but I was wondering if I can go ahead and send them those anyway. Thank you again.

Afraid not. What you will need to do is wait out the normal course of time that it would take to approve the petition(~5-7 months). They will more than likely send out an RFE. You would then send it to them at that time following the instructions on the RFE, and it would delay your approval by some weeks. Many people get the approval within 1 or 2 weeks after the RFE arrives at USCIS so try not to worry too much. Just wait like you normally would. If they send the RFE, follow instructions.

but I was wondering if I can go ahead and send them those anyway.

Don't bother, sending anything unsolicited to USCIS is an exercise in futility as it is very unlikely your submission would be matched with your file.

You may have to wait until you receive an RFE to submit required items that were not included in the original submission.

Careful with this piece of advise. It could be misleading.

While you didn't have an issue sending copies of, what should have been, the original letter of intent; your case may be one of the exceptions to the rule. All signatures MUST BE originals.

Do not send anything else without an RFE.

Best thing to do is to wait until the RFE comes through. You have time though, so get the letters of intent completed, dated and signed!! Then send it off when you do get the RFE!

You are absolutely right but they probably know that these days there is not a way to mail documents directly from Iran to USA! So, they might have some exceptions for Iran Filers. Who knows?
