I will start the procedure for removing conditions from my status of permanent resident and I have a question: my wife is the citizen and she has a daughter, that is my stepdaughter, that lives with us that is a citizen since the birth: should she be mentioned in the part 5 of the I-751 where it says to list all the children?

Yes you are going to list her but under the immigration status you are going to say USC. Look at below for Section 5:

Name DOB A-number Address / Immigration Status Living with you

Jane Doe xx/xx/xxxx N/A Same as mine, US Citizen Yes

"Patience is the key to the paradise (US Citizenship, in our case)"
