We sent our AOS package in February, but have just recently found my husband's form ds3025 from is medical appointment from when he interviewed for his K-1 visa in Naples. Will I get an RFE since I didn't include it or the I-693? I mistakenly sent in a different vaccination record that I thought was the DS-3025...

Since I have realized my mistake, is there anyway that I can send it to them before they send me an RFE?

Wait for an RFE. You have no way to know if what you send will even get matched up with your other paperwork. You might not even get an RFE. If your husband had all the required vaccinations at the time of his medical and they are marked off on his DS-3025, then just bring that with you to the interview, if you have one. USCIS has a copy of it in their files too, along with the rest of his medical paperwork.
