Once we become US Citizens is there any requirement for reporting the change of address? I know we have to submit AR-11 if we are green card holder. Is there any similar requirement once we become US Citizens?

It's over, once you are a US citizen. No address change reports anymore. No reports to USCIS in any kind.

Only if you sign I-864 to sponsor somebody else's immigration. If you do so, you need to file I-865 every time you move until your sponsor's obligation ends.

This is really good information, I didn't know about anything I read here, as always VJ members rock. :)

That obligation ends when THEY become a USC, it is in the instructions of "How Long Does My Obligation As Sponsor Continue?"

So neither the new USC or the sponsor who signed the I-864 have to inform the USCIS about address cahnges once the immigrant becomes a USC. That is when the journey truely ends.

If you as a new US citizen sponsor let's say your parent's immigration, you have to file I-865 even though you are a naturalized citizen. Only when your parent becomes a US citizen, your obligation to file I-865 ends.
