I know this is Consulate sensative and I've alread PM'd some VJ friends from Poland for there advice. I just wanted to get a general idea if these are the basic steps in completing the medical stuff. Thanks.

Is this all that's needed? is this a good plan?

Medical Examination Notes

General Notes

1.All you need is a passport, case number, and priority date to get started.

2.You do not have to wait for packet three.

Step Number One

1.Contact one of the accepted doctors and ask what is needed at exam.

2.Find out if we can schedule the exam in 2-3 weeks.

3.Contact Ania’s current doctor and gather all of her medical records.

4.Make sure she has had all of her vaccinations and get the vaccination report.

5.Get any vaccinations completed that is needed.

Step Number two

1.Go to Krakow and get the X-Ray completed.

2.Go to Krakow and get the Blood tests completed.

Step Number three

1. Attend the scheduled examination with all the needed materials.

I didn't look at Poland's requirements directly but I had to give the doctor 3 passport photos of myself at the medical. Check with your countries requirements on that.
