we did call them and my wife ask for immigration officer and she talk with her and ask her about so much stuff and she told her what happened about after one month of the appeal they update on our case they processing the case and my wife want to know if they reviewed our evidence but the officer said i can’t do nothing now but you can expedite the appeal and my wife did expedite and we got email from them today they say that they need medical notice or something from doctor show that my wife is sick and we will send them that too because my wife been in the doctor here like 2 time and other notice from her doctor in usa too and my wife think that she can take the chance and send a letter too

Me and my wife went to doctor today and last week but today he told us that my wife have a tumor in her neck and she need surgery but the problem is she don’t want leave me and she sent message to congress man and embassy here and they sent message back and embassy called us today but she told them im not leaving my husband even if i die and i did told her to go back to usa and get surgery but she said we will go soon i will expedite the appeal of medical reason and everything will be okay and im lost I don’t know what to do I don’t want to lose my wife because of this stupide process visa

If you lose your wife due to her being to stubborn to take care of her health, it won't be the process being "stupid". What will your wife do if the appeal is expedited and denied? Health first. All else is secondary to the wise.

i know and i want here go back to usa but she don’t want she said if i go i will miss u and i can’t live without u i know what im talking about i love her and she love me so much im so lucky i have someone love me like that and i thank god but i don’t want to lose her i love her so much i need some advice about make appointment with someone here in morocco for American people for a surgery or something like a special doctor but we don’t have money for all that now maybe something for free thank you
