Good Morning I'm completely new to this and please bare with me.

I have my wife's I-751 form fiiled up and have copies of her conditional green card, license, rent lease from both me and my wife jointly, copies of our joint tax refunds, and health insurance. What else do i need to send? (pictures etc. what else?)

And about the affidavit it says that you need to have 3 addidavit of friends and/ or neighbors who know you and you wife since the beginning of marriage. Can I put family members too as affidavits?

Please reply and thanks and sorry for the confusion

What about the check, the copy of marriage certificate, the copy of the USC birth certificate or copy of passport. I sent in 2 affidavits; one from my mother-in-law and the other from a family friend.

I dont see anything regarding financials, bank accounts, credit cards, 401k beneficiaries, life insurance, health insurance if you are under each others policies...good luck.

We included my husband being my beneficiary under my retirement policy (I am the US citizen), we included our life insurance policy, our joint checking/savings bank statements, car insurance, as well as the 2009 and 2010 tax returns. Since we sent in our package on January 30th, I also made a copy of our 2011 tax appointment, so they know we were filing our 2011 taxes in March. Many people include copies of drivers licences showing the same address (which I forgot to do :( ).

Make sure you are sending tax transcripts, not tax refunds.

Car insurance?

Utility bills?
