So the I-129f is on its way.... So the waiting begins... For me I am quite blessed as my fiancée is taking 3 months off work to come help sell my house and get our life packed up to get ready to move to the USA at the end of this month.

Question with us beginning this K1 visa process, is there anything we should know with him being here with me in NZ that we could be missing.

I have try to read all the information but can't find any reason why he can't be.. He is bringing all the information that is required for the get package for the interview for me about earning history, and his important mail will be forwarded to us.

As far as I know, there shouldn't be any issue with him spending time with you in NZ. On the contrary, being able to demonstrate you have spent time together (pictures, flight stubs, passport stamps, etc.) is part of the requirement for the petition.

Can't see any issues... you could check through what is required for your interview and put together the papers in readiness.

Otherwise .. great that you are having that time together and great evidence of ongoing relationship.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
