Write a letter to USCIS. Mail the letter via certified mail to the USCIS Service Center address found in the most recent USCIS correspondence you received.

A statement indicating that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition;

receipt number

The name, address and phone number of the petitioner

The name of the alien beneficiary

The alien registration number of the alien beneficiary, if known

The petitioner's signature

God Does for those who do for themselves..!!
