Good evening

This might sound like a stupid question but if you want to photocopy the stamps of the beneficiary's travels to the US do only have to photocopy the pages with the stamps or is it just the pages with the stamps and the biographic page or ALL pages? And on the passport sized photos do you print the name in pen or pencil or does it matter?

Copy the biographic page and stamps. Use pencil to write your name in the passport photos.

We wrote name on back of photos with black ink. I think somewhere it says use black ink for submitting.

Last name first , in capital letters. Then first name last.
