Hey Alan!

I see on your Timeline that you've received NOA1. I suggest you wait for the RFE or whatever they tell you. If you send the "missing pieces" without an RFE, they have no way to match it to your case, so it's not advisable. good.gif

04/08/2011 ----- US Embassy Manila received our case (Consulate)

04/15/2011 ----- Paid VISA at BPI

04/16/2011 ----- Received Eligibility Letter from US Embassy Manila dated April 8, 2011

04/25/2011 ----- 1st day of Medical

04/26/2011 ----- 2nd day of Medical (I PASSED!! Thank you Lord!!)

05/13/2011 ----- Interview (221g - Case under Administrative Processing "AP")

08/12/2011 ----- Received an email from the embassy "Case is pending review by a consular officer"

Thanks, C&C! Yeah, that's what I figured: no need to complicate an already labyrinthine bureaucratic process.

History has shown that some workers frequent VJ.

Many posters vent about the terrible system.

One wonders if cases ever get slowed down because their case worker sees them complaining on VJ?

Not trying to single you out, I was just reading your post when this thought occurred to me...

09/09/2012 - EMails for all three forms arrived.

09/1?/2012 - NOA 1s for all three arrived.

The RFE as said will be a win, remember to read and reread everything, double triple check all paperwork, each RFE delays a minimum of 30 days.
