I am pursuing my MS in F1 Visa and I plan to graduate in dec 2012 this year. But I have a job offer from a highly reputed company with H1B offer. Assuming that my H1b visa gets approved before I graduate I wont need my OPT. This is my assumption. Is this right?

Also once I get my H1b approved do I need to return back to my country for VISA stamping immediately ?

Also I am getting married in October this year. What is the best course of action to get a dependent visa for her ? F2 or wait till I get H1b? What are the implications for doing either? I appreciate the help!

You need to Graduate first.
