Question before sending out AOS, EAD and AP

Hey all, how are you!? gheee. Life got pretty hectic for a while (kinda still is) hope everyone's process is going along smoothly and with haste.

just coming to you all for a quick question (to which im just triple checking)

DO I the petitioner have to send passport size photos with my husbands AOS EAD and AP packet?

Also do i need to include my birth cert and a Form G325A for the AOS EAD or AP?

The lawyer I spoke to told me I needed two separate checks for the I-485 and I-130. I don't know if we can do it in one, I just followed her instructions. So you may want to check that

You can do it in one check. Lots of people seperate Em - no rule on it.

Lawyers say lots of things. 1/4 of them are true.
