DV2013 Sent the forms and pix what's next

my cousin sent in his forms, so what is next for DV2013?

tell him to read the instructions on the notification page, he can send you his confirmation number, yr of birth and name so you check it yourself and rad the next step. I think he will wait for them to mail him an appointment letter when ever a visa will be available on that category. i would advice you to email KCC to check if the received his package, make sure you have all his information on the email, like date of birth, country, case number.... You will have a reply within minutes if they received it and it will tell you the what is next.
