Good Morning VJ members!!

Does anybody hire a lawyer in US? if yes then i need your favour. could you please ask him/her that do they have that right to let them client(fiancee) signed form G-325A behalf of her fiance?????? As i hire a lawyer and he told me to sign my fiance form G-325A i did but i am really not positive that i am supposed to sign that form and i dnt trust him anymore so i really want to double check with it. i am in wait to get NOA2 but i have fear that i might get RFE due to this.

please i am asking this que over and over but i am really frustrated . i am trying to contact my lawyer but asusual he is bussy,sent voicemail text email but no reply at all. so please help me and suggest me guys!!!

Your lawyer is suggesting that YOU sign the G-325A for your fiance?

Fire him.

Seriously, I would. A lawyer suggesting you forge signatures on government forms clearly isn't someone I'd want "working" for me. This process is easy enough to do without them.

yes it is bother me too but i dnt want to go BETTER BUSINESS BUERO right now as they wont do anything and i dnt want to waste my time behind that. And sad thing is i paid all the amount when i signed him as my lawyer so i cant do anything. i found this website recently otherwise i wouldnt hire him too!

For lawyers and attorneys, usually the place to notify

would be the state bar or something in whatever state

he's allowed to practice in. Although informing the

BBB never hurts either!

Sorry to hear about this. There is information somewhere I read that it is recommended that if you do hire a lawyer that they must be registered with some specific immigration certification. Also, here is a link that I found that I could remember for pro-bono legal services.

Thanks for the information. i will the check that link @ home and i prefer first to ask him directly that does he has that kind of right to let me sign behalf of my fiance? i hope all goes well! because really tired of waititng (completed 6 years but still being apart)
