long processing date

hey there!! I am kinda new to this and I noticed that the processing time for K1 visas at the Nebraska service center remained the same after the last update. I don't know if this is normal or if it was maybe a mistake. I just thought it was strange that they would not have had any progress in the past few weeks. If anyone could let me know what they think that would be great!!! Thanks alot!!

they are to lazy to do it sometimes, so relax and keep checking

It is definitely normal. It doesn't mean they aren't making progress, it just means that the latest date of a petition someone has started working on is that date. Many times the date does not update, and even if it does it doesn't indicate a speedup or any great progress. Don't put too much stock in the dates, they don't mean much of anything! The NOA2 will come when it comes, hopefully as fast as possible

It isn't that they are lazy, it means that they haven't moved onto any petitions past that date, they are working on ones at or before that date. They generally update about once every two weeks but it can vary.

I have noticed that they have slowed a bit in their processing time for K1 visas. Just a short time ago they were doing them in weeks... not sure what happend... now California is moving fast ..... Just keep the faith
