We are sending my wife's N400 at the end of the week. Here is what I have...are we missing anything?

N400 APP

G-1145

2 Passport photos

printout of USCIS early filing calculator

copy of front and back of residence card

copy of marriage cert.

copy of my US birth certificate

copy of my US passport

copy of wife's Passport with VISA page

Copy of both children's birth cert.

2009,10,11 Years tax return transcripts

Last 6 months of joint bank statements

copy of deed on home with both names

and of course a check for the application fee

Are we missing anything? Thanks in advance.

That's what I sent

- N-400 application

- G-1145

- 2 Passport photos

- check $680

- copy of front and back of GC

- copy of the inside of the front cover and signature page of my husband's U.S. passport

- marriage certificate + translation

- my husband's divorce decree

- IRS tax return transcript for 2009-2010-2011

I didn't send our daughter's birth certificate or joint bank accounts statements or lease, I preferred not to overload the application with documents , tax returns are sufficient.

You're sending more than needed...

if something else is required, they will ask you to bring it on your interview day - don't worry about it and just mail it in...
