Acutually this is the second time to put this topic but I got more detail from American Embassy in Tokyo. I got NOA2 approved on April 4th and got my case number from American Embassy in Tokyo on 23rd. When I sent DS230 to American Embassy. But they returned me back them and they said "your I-129F is sent back to USCIS."

So, I called and emailed American Embassy and they said, " We are based on USCIC, we returned your I-129F to USCIS. We cant tell the reason so please call USCIS directory."

My fiance called USCIS but they said everything is fine. And I also emailed USCIS but they dont familier with my case. Im confused now... From VJ, some people said USCIS people tell different things when every time people call USCIS..

My case status still says, "Post Decision Activity"

"On April 4, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)."

I know USCIS always takes time to do things. Im confused now.

Does anyone have an experience like me?

Please, I need help!!

You got your noa2 on april 4th. Did your petition make it to nvc? That is where you should call. If you are going by that letter that says it was forwarded to the consulate, donlt. Its a form letter that they use. Call National Visa Center.
