I recently found out I have some old parking tickets which for some reason although I have paid them they show on my driver license record.

I will go take care of them first thing in the morning but since I am past my biometrics, would these tickets show up on my record as unpaid?

Should i take the reciepts with me at the interview?

Do you evidence of payment? If so, you should bring those to the interview. If not, take care of them and get evidence of payment.

If you are talking about your driving record, you need to contact the agency that gave you the parking tickets, and get proof (abstract of judgement) from them that the tickets were paid. You then take that to your state's department of motor vehicles, to have them removed from your record.

As far as the USCIS is concerned, there may be an issue if wants or warrants were issued for failure to appear. You would need similar proof if indeed it does become an issue. Normally, traffic tickets less than $500 where you were not arrested or involved drugs and alcohol do not need to be disclosed. However, I think an arrest warrant would be a big red flag.

Well, my understanding was you would mention tickets of less than 500 dollars but you won't have to submit evidence with your application. Depending on the IO you might have to show evidence of payment at interview.
