Based on the number 4 of the checklist for N-400. Which is a list of documents to attach with the N-400 based on a marriage to a US citizen:

4. Documents referring to you and your spouse:

- Tax returns, bank accounts, leases, mortgages, or birth certificates of children, or

- Internal Revenue Service (IRS)-certified copies of the income tax forms that you both filed for the past three years, or

- An IRS tax return transcript for the last three years.

So my question is, is it enought if I attached the following?

- Birth certificate of you child

- Copy of our online tax return for the last 3 years

Or I really have to include IRS tax return transcript, bank accounts ..etc

Thanks in advance for your help!

IRS tax returns is recommended. Most people used it. Bank accounts and other supporting documents that will show joint ownership will serve as a strong evidence between you and your husband. The more supporting documents and evidence you will include, less possibility of 'RFE'.

Good luck!

IS it good idea to resend ALL supporting materials used for condition removal ?

Or USCIS already has /kept all past sent materials?

They do keep those items on file so yes, they have those. However, for citizenship proof of marriage in good faith is just part of the process but not the emphasis like it was before, few items is ussualy enough. if you choose to submit tax documents (recommended but not required) transcripts work best. You will be asked to bring those to the interview as well so order 2 copies of each transcripts in that case.

You could also send some other strong evidence in like a mortgage statement and an additional piece of marital bond.

This is a brand new filing. So you will need to supply all the necessary documentation.

Collect the evidence of your comingled lives. Financial documents are good. ( Bank accounts. Insurance, investments, property , credit, etc. ) Child's birth certificate is good.

Being lazy and submitting the bare minimum may cause needless stress and delays.

Best of luck.

No - don't send every blessed thig you've sent before, but yes send what is necessary to prove continued financial co-mingling and marriage.

Tax transcripts are neater and tidier then trying to send your tax return - they're free and you just call the IRS - they mail them to you.

Items such as joint bank account statements, bills showing your shared address, birth certs of your children together, mortgage with both your names on it, loans showing both your names etc...

Do not send every electric bill or bank statement since you were married ;) If you wish send 1-2 from each year which shows your continued marriage and co-residence at the same address.

Photocopy both spouses state id/ drivers which show the same address. Perhaps a few pictures togetehr (but honestly those are secondary evidence)

Be sensible and send quality over quantity

I agree with what you're saying. Do send the required info but don't overdo it. I was approved by sending in copies of one bank statement and a mortgage statement. That's it. Sending more might be more convincing but might also add to the workload.
