Hello VJ Community,

I am fairly new to the filing process and just received the NOA for the I-129F form I filed for my fiance. All information seems correct except they listed his Country of Birth as Unknown. I am positive I included this information on the application form. Should I call USCIS or is this not a cause for worry.

Any advice is appreciated!

I received the same thing! When I asked on here, everyone was kind enough to point out that the person who enters the form as accepted just goes through, makes sure they received the correct amount (of course ) and that all the forms are signed. I was told that unless it's just incredibly easy for them to find/enter, then they send out a country as unknown.

I suppose in my state of worry I didn't think about it through. So no worries! The worst they can do is send an RFE.
