Hello everyone,

My husband and I only have joint account in my hme country.I would like to know if I can use that to file ROC.He hasnt put me on health insurance or his account here.He mentally and psycologically abuses me and keep telling me he dont trust me.The only proof I have with anything in our names is the least.He bought a car the other dasy,tookme with him to purchase it and told me he forgot to put my name on it.He is controlling and bossy.Last july 4th,he lefy me home and went and spend the holiday with his son.Evey weekend he would visit his son and leave meat home.

I just need help going about removing ROC with WAVA.
