I swear to God waiting for NOA2 has been the most frustrating experience of my life and the lack of answers makes my blood boil. NOA 1 on May 9th, 226 days later and still nothing. I filed a service request on December 5th and got no answer within the allotted time so I made another call and they say that I've got to wait another 60 days until February 18th, 2013. I had recently moved from Pennsylvania to California and I told them to change my address on December 14th. Then they decided to mail a letter on December 18th to my old address in Pennsylvania! (The contents saying that I have to wait another 60 days). I knew beforehand this type of ###### would happen. If by February 18th I get no answer I'm contacting all of my congressmen to rain hell on USCIS.

I think you should contact your congressman from now. It won't hurt. Maybe it will bring out some results. I didn't see any movement on my case till I contacted my congressman.

BTW, when they say 60 days, they usually just throw numbers out there. They told my congressman to allow 30-60 days for a response and I got it after a week.

But I really think it's a good idea to contact your congressman from now.

Its just been one wait after the other. The London Consulate seem to have a two month average between pkt 3 and interview.
