ok guys I need some help about the Affidivit of Support. I have the I134 form and pay stubs. but do I also need some kind of letter from my bank?? Please help.

I provided my tax transcripts for 3 years, a letter from my employer and about 5 recent pay stubs. Since I was well above the poverty line I did not include any other information (bank statements, home info, etc) This was sufficient for my case.

Thank you that helps a lot! One more question though, on the I134 form I put how much is down in my savings account, do I have to have a bank statement that supports that? or no?

If you are earning enough money, you don't need to list anything for your savings. I was told by someone else here, if you put it on the form, you need to bring evidence supporting it. This is why I left everything blank except for my income.

Oh man, Brock, I am so sorry to hear about all this. You've got people on here to support you and just keep getting strength those around you.

Ditto

You said your receipt number was WAC and a total of 13 characters. Were the other 10 numbers? I'm wondering if she wrote the number incorrectly? I would have her focus on getting this piece straightened out. Not having the correct number is going to make it much more difficult to track down other information. It would be great if you could at least check your status on the USCIS web site. Good luck!

Did you black out your social security number so no one could read it??

No, I didn't. I figured they already have my SS number from all the other info they had.

Brock - that all sounds a bit weird, since when did they send the NOA2 to the beneficiary, and why would they have given you a CSC (WAC) number when it was at VSC (EAC), you could try using EAC and enter the numbers - see if that works for you. Its possible they did something different to usual, but I suggest you get in touch with the embassy in the UK ASAP to find out if your interview is really in December.

I leave on my flight in less than 8 hours!! so in around 18 hours, I'll be in Hawaii, and depending on how long POE actually takes, in his arms shortly after. feeling realllllly overwhelmed, but so ready to go. need to finish packing and have time to sit and breathe for a bit.

here we go!

Oh Brock, I'm so sorry! I really feel for you, that is such an awful position to be in.

You guys are already going through enough without USCIS adding to the stress. :(

I really hope that things will be more straightforward for you guys from here on out...

Thank you. I just wish they just gave us the truth and not give us some bullshit lie. We will give it until Friday and if I don't hear anything then give them another call. All we need is a simple answer and a correct NOA1 reference number!

What a mess :( It sounds all over the place like things are being done out of the usual order :/ Maybe contact the NVC and ask if they have any knowledge of your case? Or if you have an interview at the London embassy, contact them and see what they know about it? If the NVC or London have no knowledge of your case then at least you know it's still definitely a USCIS problem and maybe your fiancee can get someone involved from a higher level like a congressman? Although I really don't know about that side of things, just trying to think of possible avenues to go down :/ I'm really sorry this is happening to you guys.

Wow thats alot of advice thank you. How do I go about in contacting the NVC? I wil try and call the London Embassay today and see if they have heard of my name!

Thank you again, just waiting until Friday to see if any mail comes through and see if they are lying again lol!

Yeah I know this is all strange and they seem to be processing this unusally without anyone of their personnel knowing what is going on and giving us difference stories.

OMG you are right, I thought WAC was for VSC!! I did replace the WAC with EAC and it still didnt register on the USCIS tracking website.

All of this is so strange. Bring on Friday so I can go on a massive rampage and get to the bottom of this. It is bulls**t that USCIS cannot give the beneficiary any update just the petitioner!

Still haning in there, thank you everyone for your advice I will let u know if there is any news!
