Good luck to all of you with interviews and medical exams. We will be congratulating you soon :)

Can't wait to hear a Congrats for my NOA2 that's taking forever!!!! I tried calling USCIS and got NOTHING out of them! All the lady was saying was: "I do apologize ma'am" ughh. I was trying soooo hard not to lose my nerves!! Please keep me in your prayers cuz this wait is getting frustrating!

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Just stopping by - thanks to those who replied to me before, it was a while back now though so won't try and find it, but did read! Sk8rPatty and Pinkrlion, thanks :)

Congrats to everyone who is getting approved, I can't believe how quickly it all started happening! So happy Vermont are working fast again.

Unfortunately I'm still waiting, really disheartened since there's quite a few people now approved with the same NOA1 date as us, and after, but I guess there's nothing to do but keep waiting. Everyday I hope my fiance will tell me he got the text as I try not to keep checking the site myself! I'm going to visit him for Christmas so at least I have that to look forward to for now though :)

Again I'm sorry for not being more active here, but I'm hoping for the best for everyone always!

According to the NVC, my petition was forwarded to the embassy in Portugal on the 13th, and they gave me our case number.
