Hang in there AnnaLouise, theres only been a handful of approvals for May so far (on VJ anyway).. it should be coming any day now, it looks like they have only cracked open the first box or two as some Feb, March and April files are still trickling in.. I think you'll get a huge flood of May approvals over the next 2 weeks. (F)

Thanks guys! Having a bit of a health scare right now so it's adding to the anxiety. Hoping to hear something soon and hoping any petitioners who are on the easy coast are doing ok with this terrible storm that's happening

My fiancé lives in Brooklyn, about a 2 minute walk out to the water. Manhattan is right across and was almost all dark at night. So crazy. I was really worried for a while when he said the water went over the pier and into the streets.... But luckily he's fine. It's my birthday today and I had my final fitting of my wedding dress before I get to pick it up! It all feels really close now, guys. I feel like I look at my surroundings and family differently now that I expect to leave in three months; and those are gonna fly by.

04-10-2012 Got engaged

05-17-2012 NOA1 - Check cashed and receipt received

Take care of yourself, and do not log in, so you won't be stressed. This process has raised my blood pressure.

Argh! I really can't take the suspense! My fiancee called up for an update and they said that the were in the process of processing the NOA2. Does that mean that they are processing the paperwork for the NOA2 or are they in the process of deciding about our NOA2!!!

I'd just wish they would email us already lol!! I would check online but unfortunately one of her kittens weed on her NOA1 letter :lol:

Can I ask who your fiance talked to when she received the info on your NOA2? It seems like you should have your NOA2 any minute now.

Mine was not too recent, but I can tell you that I got my text message at 10:15 on a Friday night. Surprised the heck out of me! I also got 3 identical emails about 10 minutes before that.
