I am currently in AP, and the hurricane has delayed it further by 3 days. However, i would rather that people were safe vs having to wait a few more days. Our AP, is not the 221g, it is another screening usually takes about two weeks.

Is everything okay there now? Did you have any damage?

2 weeks is not long at all, it will go quickly.

Tierce and I are impatiently waiting on the CSC getting around to dealing with our RFE response still. She's apparently got something of a cold, and at this rate we're debating her visiting here for the holidays so that we won't have to spend Christmas and NYE 8 hours apart. I'm planning to be there in Portugal for her interview, once we know when it is.

It can't be long, While they have slowed down, I've seen that CSC are mostly only approving RFE's, so thats good news for you. 1 - 2 weeks at best. Whats the Portugal interview processing times like? do you know if they are fast or slow? Looks like everyone is getting sick! hope she gets better soon!

Apologies are not necessary, just trying to help you out with your quest for information. Being able to review this information will help calm you when you see others being approved around your date, and Omer, please don't be alarmed if someone gets approved before you, with a NOA1 date after you, it doesn't mean they have missed you, its just how things go. your turn won't be far away. :) its coming ! the agonising wait will soon be over.

My fiance said they still don't have power, but no structural damages, and he went back to work. Yesterday.

I'm glad to hear it wasn't that bad. Sorry, I forgot you were the USC. LOL

Just got a surprise call from the ship tonight. He doesn't call too much because it's expensive, but we're trying to figure out when he'll be able to go to work again and I'm coordinating with his agent. Our situation is a complicated one.

It was great to hear his voice as I was really missing him today. He was in Grand Cayman today.

well thats nice, I know how that feels, when David was in Iraq, it was always a nice surprise when he called. wow.. sounds difficult for him being in Grand Cayman. but seriously.. its a bittersweet feeling.. to miss him.

David is currently trapping and trying to tame 3 stray kittens that have been living with their cat mother for the last couple of months. hes just spent several hundred dollars on stuff at Petco and I'm getting updates every half hour or so. He has a bit of a soft spot for cats!! I have to watch he doesn't become the crazy cat man.. though... are futures are clearly aligned, as I've always said, when I'm old and start losing my mind, I fully intend on becoming a crazy cat lady, so maybe we can do that together some day. :P

31 days left to interview Patty... thats not many... but won't it seem like forever. *sigh*

on another note.. I saw a May 4th filer get approved!!

Considering how they screwed up getting the RFE to me to begin with, I feel like they should expedite the rest of this side of it! I don't know what Portugal processing times are like, as of yet, but I know that they can move pretty fast on other documents - she had her passport and permission to fly within a week of her request, back in January.

CSC just approved a lot of RFE's so hold on. That is great that you are going to be together for the holidays. When I went to his interview, the officer said It was a good thing that I was there. So I suggest that you do go. :star:

Awww....kitty rescue. Good for him! He sounds like a great guy.

Jordan only has 3 weeks left on his contract so he's over being in tropical paradise every day. LOL He said the ship is starting to feel like prison. I still don't feel sorry for him.

Less than a month to go! Does that sound better...umm no. :P

I'm off to make wine this morning. Trying to keep busy to pass the days...

Hope everyone has a great weekend!
