Hello, better late than never but want to add myself here. I am a May filer. Our NOA1 is dated May 4, 2012. Still waiting for our NOA2. I see VSC is slowing down with the process. Still working with the February and March filers. Hope we get ours too sooner. Its really a long wait for us. Getting impatient and time seems to slow down too. Haissst!

I've clarified it via the webform, via the form they mailed me, and then most recently when I called NCSC the phone rep insisted on getting it written in a third time.

Feel very down as I looked at UCIS webpage on vermont service center and saw that they are just finishing late february 129-Fs :(

For us, looking at approval in december and not in october as first stated

Any hope they will catch up?

Good to check. I still cannot believe you got a RFE.

Neither can I. I am extremely dismayed, even though I'm sure it's some stupid, tedious, pointless thing.

from what I've seen VSC is very much sped up and powering through the March filers, I know they are still behind, but it appears they are trying to catch up, they seemed to have approved early March and late March in the same day this past week, fingers crossed they will be starting on some April petitions sometime next week. I hope they continue and don't leave you all hanging for 2 long. it would have been nice to have everyone in May at the same stage.
