Yep, we're still here!

We'll be around when the VSC gets their #%*@ together and starts moving on your petitions. It was pretty sudden the way the CSC started moving so the same thing can happen at the VSC. I'm praying for you guys!

We're stuck until the end of November anyway since Jordan won't be back to Cananda until Nov 18th. So the best we can do is schedule the medical and interview after that date. He now regrets taking this contract, but he needed to go to work so he didn't go crazy waiting. When he signed on the CSC was taking 5 months, we never dreamed it would happen that quick. Unfortunately there is no way for him to leave early, not without jeopardizing future work.

Soooo.....we're still waiting!

I really want to start brainstorming ideas on how to flood the hell out of those in charge at VSC... kinda clueless at the moment. theres gotta be a way to talk to someone.. hit the key for technical issues and get someone breathing.. then what? ask for tier 2? I know everyone will say "u havent even had your petition in for 5 months!" yeah well neither have alot of other applicants at CSC... time to invoke some pressure somehow.

^^ What they (Sk8rPatty and Kassil&Tierce) said. The process for CSC filers is far from over, and CSC made a very quick recovery after being stuck in the same spot of files. I noticed that when I first starting looking on here. VSC HAS to make a turn around, and worse case, you shouldn't be waiting longer than a total of 6 or 7 months. I don't know, but these are the things that helped me when I first started looking and trying to gauge how long before we could start our lives together. Setting expectations. Some days are going to be harder than others. we are ALL experiencing those.

I'm in a positive mood at the moment. :P

hmm I wonder if there is a way to start an online petition.

and FYI.. this is your experience, who cares what anyone else says, do what you need to do, its like the lottery hey.. you aren't going to win if you don't buy a ticket, you've got nothing to lose!! I check this site 10x a day or more!!

I think most people here have issues, I even look at the USCIS site on the weekends. <_<

Prior to getting our NOA2, my lovely fiancee checks USCIS like she's taking her vitamins, 3x a day. So, you're not alone... :P

...and we're still here wishing all of you May filers to get NOA2 soon
