Hello Everyone

i hire lawyer for k1 process which i knew the biggest mistake in my life as i wasted time and money. when he made appointment to sign forms i signed i-129f and G-325a but he also told me to sign form G-325A which was filled out for my fiance. i asked him that doesnt he should sign this form? he told me no i can but this is just common sense. But somehow i did big mistake to put trust on him. it is been 1 month since we sent our first package to USCIS. Now i am scared that i might get RFE. Does any one pass thru this kind of condition?? please helpppppppppppppppp

now i am thinking to tell me to my fiance to send me some original signed G-325A and mailed it to me so if i get REF i dnt have to wait to get it in USA. i saw that form where my lawyer also put each of as a finace and fianncee in that form . does this sound correct???? because that form specially asking about husband and wife and marriage date and place of marriage? please help usssssssssssssssssssssss guyssssssssssssss

My guess is the lawyer knows what is going on, and they will have your fiance sign it at interview if they so desire.

Technically the attorney is correct and the foreign beneficiarys G-325a can be signed at the interview (you do not even need to sign it at all) however for YOU to sign HIS name is fraud, though of a very low level. Better to just print "will sign at interview"

It will depend on the adjudicator you receive. Some are not aware of the ability to sign the form at the interview and if so they will issue an RFE and if they do that...it is done. You have no option but to do what they say.

You cannot send them anything now, you can only wait for an RFE if it comes. If you want to have your fiancee send a new G-325a ahead of time and keep it just in case, that's fine.

You can always hedge your bets and have fiance send over signed copy just in case... the RFE usually doesn't come until like 4-5 months...

yes thats what i feel that i am not the one who is authorized to sign that form behalf of my fiance but i also feel that they will know that i have lawyer and i follow his instructions. yes i would think it is better to have it ready incase i get RFE!

Thanks!!
