Hubby means husband, it is not advised to ever refer to each other as husband and wife during the K-1 fiance(e) process. They can deny you if they feel you are married even without a marriage certificate.

If it looks or sounds like you are married, people have been denied for this and told to file a spousal visa.

Pls advise me to what we have to do

You CAN'T do anything now. You've sent it. Had you asked prior to sending it we would have told you not to send anything where you called him your husband.

As Inky also said above, "Hubby" is not an endearment, it's short for "husband" and is what a wife (also a title) calls her husband. This implies you are married. Hopefully you will be fine but be prepared to answer questions about why they should believe that he isn't your husband (and that you aren't married) when you clearly call him your husband, multiple times.

Did you include ones that used the endearment 'hubby'? If so, be very prepared at the interview to explain - and prove - you are not already married.

Calling each other husband and wife can be taken by immigration as evidence that you do not qualify for a fiancee visa. You may wish to get sworn statements from responsible individuals who can confirm that you are not married and are eligible still for a fiancee visa (your parents, a minister or priest, etc.) . You can explain, if they ask you about it at the interview, that in anticipation of your life together as husband and wife, you already feel like you should be married even though you haven't had the official ceremony yet. They have come across this before, and it will be up to the officer doing the interview to decide how much importance he will attach to your use of this term of endearment. It may or may not be considered, so it is best to be prepared just in case it is.

It is safer to use the term 'husband to be' or 'my future husband' and sign yourself as 'wife to be' or 'future wife' in the future. If you didn't have to deal with immigration, it wouldn't normally be a problem.

Good luck.

Hope is not a good strategy in the immigration process -- being prepared is. Heed the advice of Kathryn and be prepared to explain yourself during the interview, (or the grilling you might get) so let the people mentioned by Kathryn know now that you might need statements from them in the future regarding your civil status.

What might slip past USCIS might not slip past a sharp CO in Manila.

Since OP is from the Philippines her CENOMAR should settle the question.

Our journey together on this earth has come to an end.

I will see you one day again, my love.

That's an entire year. What's happened since then?

Not necessarily. If she got married in another country, or via proxy or simply didn't register the marriage with the appropriate authorities, her CENOMAR could be clean.

STOP doing that. Visas CAN and HAVE been denied for that. It is NOT like calling someone "Mommy or Daddy".

There are soecific and important differences in visas for fiancees and spouses. Many people have gotten married and when they find out the soouse visa takes longer to process they decide to misrepresent themselves as engaged. This is fraud and can result in visa denial and a lifetime ban for future visas.

You can call him "honey", "poopsie", "darling", "sweetheart" "snuggle bunny" whatever, but NOT "hubby" or any other term related to marriage.

You cannot "prove" you are NOT married. That is the problem. A CENOMAR only states that there is no record of a marriage in PIs, nothing else.
