What do we need to go for med exam

I'm simply confused... do we have to have an actual letter from NVC with the MNL# on it, or do we just have to have the MNL# ..... Also, how many 2x2 pics do I need.. I have seen different info about this.. I am planning on 4 cuz that's what St. Lukes web site says.

During my wife's medical before she just provided them her MNL #. She just brought two pictures. But, you can bring four pictures just in case they need four this time.

They will ask for you appointment letter stating your interview date from the NVC. Bring 2pcs standard visa size photos make sure to write your name at the back of each photos (just bring extra)... Goodluck on your medical! Godbless you:)

Yes you right! Appt letter from NVC and Photos like you said. Also other documents read St. Lukes website for details.
