Interesting. I haven't been on the football forum in a while, but if I recall correctly, I used to go there to talk about football.

It gets slow on there during the off season.

'Cos I haven't talked immigration technicalities here for maybe 5 or 6 years.

Other than some weird immigration problems, it's pretty cut and dry. All these people need to do is read the instructions and go from there. They make it harder than it should be.

Where do you get your data about screaming loonies on the left? While there is no doubt you can find someone out there who will be upset over anything imaginable, I find it a bit hard to believe what you say. It sounds more like self-serving right-wing rhetoric of the type often spouted by the likes of Limbaugh to justify the action and inaction by corporate interests that is the real force behind the status quo!

Are you really going to pretend the left doesn't scream when there is any talk of enforcing current federal? Are you going to pretend the left doesn't scream and biotch when any city, county or state passes laws to crack down on illegals or when the feds raid any work place? Are you going to pretend those on the left aren't the one's all too willing to reach into tax payers pockets to fund ####### like the (such as current CA. law) Dream Act? All while crying 'it's not the kids fault the parents brought them here.' You know darn well any attempt to seriously prevent illegal aliens from working would be met with ear drum piercing screams about 'starving kids' and 'they just want to feed their families.' You couldn't be that divorced from reality, so stop pretending the loony left-wing socialist aren't the other half of "the real force behind the status quo!"

Ah. sorry, that's something else, entirely. Different set o stuff for a different level of demographics. You are FOB or ABC? One of the things I've noticed over the last 30 years, is that most 'asian' folk not interested in running for office. No interest? End Result - no numbers to count.

OTOH, there are many PACs where 'asians' do contribute and have focused activities/inputs, getting the results that they paid for. Since this is how America works (pay monies, get what you want) then I see this as a positive input into the political (not government) system(s ).
