LoL...I have heard of this for stokes interviews but not in standard cases, no. Generally they are pretty straightforward...there is actually a link here to read reviews on particular offices...Look up top to where it says Reviews: embassy/USCIS & PoE. Click that and look up your local area.

July 2005 - met my awesome, hot, amazing love in Lousiana.
July 2006 - Married said love and moved to Canada.
June 2011 - Entered US to visit family, decided to stay.
Feb. 2012 - Sent paperwork to Chicago.

May 2012 - Received green card.

Will the immigration officer ask very personal questions such as (your sex life) during the green card interview?

can you guys let me know your interview experiences? and if any of you guys been asked about the sex life?

7/30/2012 - EAD card production ordered.

8/02/2012 - Email notification of GC production at 5:30pm

8/07/2012 - Second GC production email

It's not typically asked, but it is possible.

:huh: I really didn't think there was EVER a reason for a consulate to need to know these details? I was told not to even put any pictures that were the least bit "sexy" in my petition because the staff (for cultural, whatever reason) might find it offensive. But in an interview, all of sudden they can ask questions about that? Holy Moly!

We were not asked such questions but IMO if you're in a real relationship you will have no problem answering. That was my thoughts going into our interview knowing that we know each other quite well :)

This thread is not talking about consulates, but rather about GC interviews from within the US. However, the advice given to you was correct. Sending in X-rated photos is entirely unnecessary, does not prove anything about your relationship, and smacks of "trying too hard."

The regular GC interview is pretty straight forward, you know each other and have not broken the law or been a Communist or prostitute you should do fine. The IO will know your file completely.

Our IO did ask us if we consumated our marriage but that was it. Just be honest and all will be well!

AOS Approved on 10-17-08 (details in profile)

Removal of Conditions on 07-19-10

In this tedious process, we tend to forget that this is all worth it.

I love my hubby beyond anything in this world.
