One Green Card.

I received my Green Card by mail yesterday but it's just the mine.

Last friday I got a notice where they told me that my case was approved and I will get my card within the next three weeks (as the interviewer tell us) but we didn't get the Notice letter for my daughter and we taught that the letter was by case (what it means two of us).

But since I got my Green Card and no hers we're getting worried. Shouldn't we?

Are we right thinking that she will get one?

Does somebody know if is there a place where we can check my daughter status?

Congratulations!

I only file an AOS for my wife so I do not know about kids but can you not see anything about your daughter on the USCIS's website? I bet someone here can give you a better answer if not call the 800 number.

Did your daughter have her interview for AOS the same time as you did?

My son and I had our interview together. We were both approved, but his name check wasnt back at that time. I received my Green Card a week later, but he didnt because of the name check.

He received his Green Card three months later when the name check came back.

Maybe her name check is not back yet. Did they mention that to you at the interview?

If I remember correctly daughter's and wife's cards arrived in the mail on the same day, but came in separate envelopes, so give it a couple weeks before starting to worry. Now for the 10 year cards, daughter's card came two months after wife received her card.
