MEMBERS,

My fiance filed last year in March...to make my story short,we passed all the requirements then I went to USA from February 2 to May 1 this year, that's exactly 90 days... yes, we didn't get married because our love story is different and unique but I tell you it is something really inspiring...

We don't know actually if we can still re-apply for my K1 visa or if it's the same process like the first time we did...

so If anybody here went through the same story, we need your advise so bad.

Thank you guys..hope to hear from you ASAP!

We live with a passion and with a purpose.

No offense, but I hope the reason you give at your second K-1 interview is better than that one. You are going to need a really good reason why you did not get married in those 90 days, and then turned right around and filed to get another K-1 as soon as you returned from your 90 day stay in the US.

lol why not marry during those 90 days period? and now want to re apply for same visa again? whatever reasons you have only you knows that, I am just puzzled coz a lot of people here are dying to be with their loved ones and there you are you have all the time and chance to be with each other but you just waste it? :bonk:

All I know, is that I need you... I need you in my life as much as I need food or water or air to breathe - for the longest time, I've had this thirst deep inside... only to be known and understood and be loved for who I am. I have longed for someone, someone like you - to share my life with... all the ups and downs and everything in between. then out of no where - you walked into my life, quenching my thirst, satisfying my longing. and I know from every thing with in - that you are the one... you're the one I've been waiting for all this time. I want and I need you - more than I can usually find words to say... But today and always - please believe and know that you're the one for me and I'll hold you close and I'll never want to let you go...

HI... yes, we are very confident that I can answer the 2nd time of my interview.. we have valid reasons why we can't marry during the time I was in USA...

I also think that if you hear our love story you will really undedrstand why...

We just hope that it's not gonna be hard the 2nd time around...we just don't know too if we can file for the 2nd time either...
