hi guys, just found out i have been selected for further processing on dv-2013 and was filling out my forms but got a bit stuck and didnt know what to do when it came to question 41 which asks whether you have been arrested, charged or convicted. My answer to this is YES as i have had couple of arrests in the UK, total 8, 6 of which were related to domestic arguments with the mrs and false accusations made to the police.the other two were drunk and disorderly.

Of all these arrests, i have never had any warnings, charges, cautions nor convictions, my question now is, would these affect my chances of obtaining a visa? please help, my head is in a mess now. on the police report i did myself, all the 6 arrests has dispositions of NO FURTHER ACTION. and i had penalty tickets for the drunk and disorderly. my last arrest was back in 2009 just for your info.

thanks
