sorry was working all day, what I mean is that the priority date of the friend Nela is before 16feb10 because his profile says he sent her the 02feb10 i130 and she received her NOA1 on 13feb10 then she should be covered by the newsletter and the next Chicat76 me because my country is Mexican and send interview after publishing the newsletter, just a thought of mine who may be 01MAR10, I hope they understand I'm desperate to have my wife by my side

Hey guys I'm sorry for the confusion , I had put it by mistake 13of feb , just to double check I did pull up the approval letter from uscis and PD is feb16/2010.maybe I did not put correct NOA1 date but this is the pd . I wish you all good luck! Can't wait for tomorrow for the visa bulletin to come.

I think July VB will be in Feb and august will jumb to April 01 .. I hve a question does ny body know how long it ususally take to get an interview after PD becomes current
