May be because of the frontline agents who answers calls may not have access Interview scheduling details OR they may be instructed to just read out the current VB. Try asking for supervisors who may be able dive deeper and let you know.

I called them too... They told me the same story what they always do...They said I have to wait patiently for July visa bulletin.....

I got IL now......I hapyyyyyyy..... Thanks guys for all awesome moral support...."An immigrant visa interview has been scheduled for the applicant at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate in ADDIS ABABA on July 3, 2012 at 08:00 am.

congrets pj and other vj membar who is between 01jan to 08feb.ithink wait for next days i/l. will be reach 15feb.who is after 08feb please call at nvc otherwise wait some time picture will be more clear
