Guys I am dying with tension....

My PD:05 January 2010....No interview until now... I will let you guys know any change as soon as possible...

I came here as a derivative Asylee (I do not know if you are familiar with that status) joining my father. Then I had to apply for my Green Card. Immigration lost my application to Adjust my Status to Permanent Resident in 2005. So, I had to submit everything all over again. That postponed everything another 4 years. So I got my Green Card at the end of 2009 so that is why I filed for my husband in March 2010. But we have been married since 2003 and he has been going through immigration ups and downs with me.

Here i would like to address to one of our friend mah kali. Credibility only established with responsible attitude. This is not forum its our family group so instead of discouraging built the hope of your friend my friend in USA all govt official including federal state and county are very very responsible and professional more then our thinking they knew their sop they knew the official secret act more over they are very very loyal with their office and their rules and sop. Check all the forums...No one receive interview date, NO others category either, even I called already 3 times to NVC. NO VISA NUMBER AVAILABLE. Vietnamese forum only person receive interview date & its hard believe for me.

I just called. The rude lady didn't even ask for my case number and my husband name and date of birth as usual. She just asked for my priority date, and she said they are now working on 1 Jan 2010. No visa available for me yet, maybe next month..... That is pretty frustrating.
